What Is Servir Holiday?
The joy of a beautifully decorated home —
without the ladders, boxes, or storage.
A lot of our members tell us the hardest part of the holidays isn't the family visit — it's getting the house ready. Ladders, storage bins in the basement, boxes you can barely lift. So we built Servir Holiday.
We bring the decorations (we own them — you don't need to provide anything), install everything in a couple of hours, then come back after the season and take it all down. You never touch a bin. Everything stays in our climate-controlled storage until next year.
Our goal is simple: a home that feels warm, welcoming, and ready for the season — without the ladders, boxes, or backache.

How It Works

Choose Your Theme
Book a 30-minute style consultation. We help you pick the theme that fits your home and your taste. You keep the same theme for at least two years (with a refresh option in Year 3).

We Deliver & Install
On your scheduled date, our team arrives with everything — decorations, tools, ladder. Install typically takes 1–3 hours depending on your package. Same trusted contractor each year.

Enjoy the Season
Come home to a beautifully decorated house that's ready for family, friends, and photos. No stress, no last-minute scrambling, no boxes to trip over.

We Handle Takedown
When the season ends, we return to take everything down and pack it carefully for storage. Everything stays in our care until your next season begins.

Pre-curated but flexible
Each package is a professionally styled set of interior decorations, carefully chosen to work beautifully together. Focused on mantels, trees, tables, entryways, and living spaces — the parts of your home you and your guests experience most.
A tree that fits your space
Not every home has room for a 9-foot tree. Every Christmas package includes a tree — and we offer multiple sizes and styles so you can pick what actually fits your space, from tabletop to floor-to-ceiling.
Want something extra?
Our Servir Holiday team lives for the holidays. Want an extra piece — a specific wreath, a themed ornament, a garland for that one hallway we didn't include? Just tell us. We'll do our best to find it and make it happen.

Questions we hear the most.
Do you decorate the outside of my home?
Not currently. Servir Holiday focuses exclusively on interior decorating — mantels, trees, tables, entryways, wall wreaths, and living spaces. We don't install exterior lights, roof decorations, or lawn displays. If exterior decorating is important to you, we're happy to recommend a specialist in your area.
When does Servir Holiday launch?
Fall 2027 is our first season. Registration opens Summer 2027 for Servir Community members. Interest list is open now.
Whose decorations do you use?
Ours. Servir provides all the decorations for every package — you don't need to provide anything and we don't handle your own decorations. This keeps everything simple, professional, and worry-free (no risk of damaging family heirlooms).
Where do the decorations go the rest of the year?
In our secure, climate-controlled storage. Everything is labeled with your name and theme, so the same decorations come back to your home each year.
Can I switch themes later?
Yes. You keep the same theme for at least two years to allow us to amortize the decor cost. At Year 3, you can switch to a different theme at no extra charge.
What if something gets damaged?
Damage from our install or takedown: we replace at no cost. Damage during the season from pets, kids, or accidents: we can repair or replace at cost. Servir carries insurance and your homeowner's coverage typically covers theft or loss.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel before install: full refund minus 10% administrative fee. Cancel after install: no refund, but we still return for takedown.
Do I have to be home for the install?
Yes, an authorized adult should be home for the initial install (and briefly for takedown) so we can confirm placement and get your sign-off. We schedule at your convenience.
Is this only for Servir Community members?
Servir Holiday is designed as a Servir Community member benefit. Non-Community customers can book at a 10% premium, but joining Community typically pays for itself in savings within a single season — plus you get everything else Servir Community includes year-round.
