Is this different from what my HOA covers?

Yes. Your HOA typically covers exterior maintenance, landscaping, common areas, and sometimes major systems. Servir Community covers the interior of your home: light bulbs, faucets, smoke detectors, picture hanging, small repairs. We work alongside what your HOA already handles.

Do I need to download an app?

No. You just call or text us. We'll confirm timing the same way. No apps, no logins, no online booking required.

Do I get the same contractor each visit?

Whenever possible, yes. We know continuity matters — the contractor who knows your home does better work on it. Companion and Concierge members have priority for contractor consistency.

What if I don't use all my hours?

Hours reset annually. Many members use all their hours; some don't — and that's fine. You're paying for the peace of mind that we're here when you need us. Your monthly rate stays low because of this structure.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. New members get a full refund within the first 30 days, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime — you'll just lose any remaining hours from your current term.

Are you insured?

Yes. Servir LLC carries general liability coverage through Berkshire Hathaway Direct Insurance Company. Every contractor working with us also carries their own coverage. Certificate of Insurance available on request before any work begins.
