We are looking for team members to start February 1st, 2026. We aren't just looking for labor; we are looking for modern professionals who have the skills to fix homes and the personality to build relationships.

The Vibe & The Look We are changing the game. We need you to dress, act, and smell professional because these homeowners will become your customers for years.

• The Gear: We hook you up with the company uniform (polo, t-shirt, hoodie).

• The You: You bring the clean, professional presentation.

• The Rules: We have a few simple rules to ensure quality, but nothing you don't already do in your daily life.

No License? No Problem. A handyman or GC license is required, but if you have the skill, we will pay to help you get licensed. We invest in our team.

Need the tools, need helping starting out, we got you covered.

We don’t believe in commissions because we want you to focus on genuinely helping customers and building long-term relationships, not just closing a sale. Instead, we reward excellent service. You control your own potential: deliver great results and you can earn a bonus of 5% to 20%. We don’t decide if you get a bonus—you do. If the customer is happy, you get rewarded.

The Pay:

• Start High: $35-$65 per hour

• Grow Fast: Pay increases based on the more customers you help.

• Get Paid Now: Payments typically hits your account within 48 hours of the completed job.
